Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Associate at Rupeeboss Financial Services Pvt Ltd. The Business Associate will be responsible for supporting various loan products, including interacting with clients to assess their financial needs, providing guidance on loan options, maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring the seamless processing of loan applications.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and proficiency in finance-related tasks
  • Business acumen and understanding of loan products
  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients
  • Experience in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Commission/incentive payout on the closure of the deal.
  • Autonomy of doing independent work along with your Full time job.
