Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform pickups and deliveries across assigned locations in Mumbai.
  • Collect documents, parcels, and materials as per operational needs.
  • Assist with dispatch, stock movement, and inter-departmental coordination.
  • Maintain proper documentation of deliveries and receipts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handover of items to concerned personnel.
  • Support the team in urgent errands, including bank, pharmacy, or vendor visits.
  • Communicate efficiently with supervisors and team members.
  • Follow company protocols and maintain confidentiality of documents/items.
  • Handle the vehicle (bike/scooter) responsibly and ensure its upkeep (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Documents:

    • Valid

      Aadhaar Card

    • Valid

      Driving License

      or

      Learning License

      (for two-wheeler)
  • Skills & Qualities:

    • Good knowledge of Mumbais local geography and routes
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
    • Punctual, honest, and reliable
    • Basic communication skills (Hindi/Marathi preferred)
  • Preferred:

    • Prior experience in delivery, field operations, or support roles
