Role: Ruby On Rails Full Stack Developer
Location: All Persistent Locations
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Job Type: Full Time Employment

What Youll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and secure authentication mechanisms.
Collaborate on frontend development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and optionally React.js or Vue.js.
Build and manage background job processing with Sidekiq and Redis.
Develop and execute automated tests using RSpec, Capybara, and similar frameworks.
Work with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL for efficient data management.
Integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Docker, and tools like GitLab CI or Jenkins.
Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Participate in Agile development processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables and version control.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails (5.x/6.x/7.x).
Experience with RSpec, Capybara, or similar testing frameworks.
Proficient in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar RDBMS.
Familiarity with Sidekiq, Redis, and background job processing.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth, and secure authentication.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
Familiar with frontend frameworks like React.js or Vue.js (optional but a plus).
Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins).
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Understanding of Agile methodologies and version control tools."
