About the Internship:

PearlThoughts is inviting applications for our Ruby on Rails (ROR) Internship program. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring developers to gain hands-on experience by working on real-time projects in a fast-paced, 100% remote IT environment.

What You Will Learn:

• Core concepts of Ruby on Rails and MVC architecture
• Building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
• Working with databases using ActiveRecord and SQL
• Version control with Git and collaborative workflows on GitHub
• Writing clean, modular, and maintainable backend code
• Exposure to agile development practices and sprint-based task execution
• Debugging, code reviews, and basic performance optimization techniques

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Prior internship or project experience in ROR is a plus
