Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Faridabad for a Rubber Technologist/Quality Management position at Vaisnavi Polymers Private Limited. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing clean rooms, implementing quality control measures, troubleshooting manufacturing processes, and effective communication with team members. Qualifications Experience in Clean Rooms and Quality Control Ability in Troubleshooting and optimizing Manufacturing Processes Strong Communication skills Knowledge of rubber material properties Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, or related field ( If there )
