RTR (Freight) Centre of Excellence Assistant Manager

Role Overview: You have the opportunity to work as a team member of Reckitt's Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad, responsible for accounting complex and/or sensitive transactions and processes remediation. You will be performing accounting tasks related to specific CoE activities, supporting the preparation of work instructions and standard operating procedure documents, and handling critical RTR activities in relation to balance sheet accounts and reconciliations. Additionally, you will be building a deep understanding of the Reckitt Balance Sheet reconciliation process and providing analysis on deviations to drive remediation. Key Responsibilities: - Perform accounting tasks related to specific CoE activities - Support the preparation of work instructions and standard operating procedure documents for complex accounting transactions - Review processes and controls to ensure alignment with IFRS reporting requirements and corporate policies - Handle critical RTR activities in relation to balance sheet accounts and reconciliations - Build a deep understanding of the Reckitt Balance Sheet reconciliation process and the Blackline tool - Provide analysis on deviations to identify root causes and drive remediation - Support with quality assurance reviews - Support remediation activities with markets & standardisation across the Reckitt Group - Assist with tracking and showcasing the progress of improvements Qualifications Required: - Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of End-to-End RTR process - 4 - 5 years of accounting experience, FMCG experience desirable - Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field - Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA preferred - Process improvement experience desirable Additional Details: With inclusion at the heart of everything Reckitt does, you will be supported at every step of your career journey, helping you succeed in your own individual way.
