Job Description

Responsibilities:
How will you help us growIt matters to us, and it matters to you!

Work closely with EZ Leads to review the testing pipeline and coordinate the setting up of RSTG jobs . Ensure that all RSTG jobs are aligned with project objectives and are operating as intended.
Collaborate with EZ and breeders to review experiments, aois, and germplasm, proactively addressing any data integrity issues . Set up regular meetings to ensure that all researchers clearly understand the workflow and best practices.
Update the Rstages for all newly advanced products (R0-SC), verifying that the Rstages of parent lines are accurately aligned with those of the corresponding products
Timely recording is essential, since seed production and parent increases are dependent on Rstage updates.
Assist APAC agronomy teams with the design, setup, and analysis of experiments to ensure successful execution and meaningful results.
Verify that data including plots, BPs, and EZs is consistently aligned with the resource file to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Create dashboards that enable researchers to efficiently review and analyze data.

Educational Qualifications

Master s degree in agriculture required with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
PhD degree in agriculture required with minimum of two years of relevant experience.
