RSOT (F & B Service)

Responsibilities include:

• Taking guest orders: Answering phone calls, listening to guest requests, and accurately recording details of their order (food, beverages, quantities, special requests, etc.).
• Relaying orders: Communicating the order to the kitchen and other relevant departments (e.g., bar for drinks).
• Confirming details: Verifying order accuracy with the guest before finalizing it.
• Providing information: Answering guest questions about the menu, pricing, and delivery times.
• Maintaining records: Keeping track of orders and guest information.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction: Striving to provide excellent service and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
