• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams, set performance goals, and ensure target achievement through effective monitoring and coaching.

• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, skilled in territory planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and managing multiple product categories

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners, including distributors, key accounts, and cross-functional teams.
