RSA IGL

As an experienced professional in implementing Identity & Access Management solutions, you will be responsible for implementing the RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle Platform to automate provisioning, manage access governance, and handle access request management efficiently. Your expertise in Identity & Access Management tools will be crucial in ensuring that the right users have appropriate access to technology resources within the organization through authentication, access rights management, and access logging. Your key responsibilities will include conducting user access reviews, identifying and addressing Segregation of Duties (SoD) violations, managing user access authorizations, and handling provisioning/de-provisioning of accounts both internally and externally. You should have a solid understanding of LDAP/Active Directory concepts and possess hands-on experience in working with Active Directory. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be collaborating with global counterparts and clients to understand their business environment and translate requirements into effective IAM solutions. Additionally, you should be a strong team player capable of leading and managing a team of IAM resources effectively. In terms of responsibilities, you will be tasked with implementing the RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle (IGL) platform, configuring tasks, customization, coding, and testing. Deployment of the RSA IGL across multiple platforms such as QA, PROD, and DR environments will also fall under your purview. With a minimum of 3-8 years of experience in IDM implementation and support, you will be required to set up and develop dashboards and reports in RSA Aveksa, as well as establish collectors to gather data from various provisioning systems like Oracle, SQL Server, Active Directory, LDAP, etc., using scheduled jobs. Furthermore, documenting design specifications and solutions according to defined processes, policies, and standards within information security requirements will be crucial to ensure the smooth and secure operation of Identity & Access Management solutions under your supervision.,
