Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and UAT scenarios based on

Process Design Documents (PDD).

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders to validate outcomes.
Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
Analyze business processes to define testing requirements and prepare necessary test

data.

Perform database validations to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 35 years of experience in RPA testing, preferably with Automation

Anywhere or other leading RPA platforms.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of RPA components such as Control Room,

unattended mode, and debug mode.

Testing Tools: Proficiency with requirement management and defect tracking tools like

JIRA.

Methodologies: Hands-on experience working within Agile SDLC frameworks and

applying standard QA practices.

Analytical & Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication

skills, and strong capability in requirement analysis.
