3+ years of experience in supporting RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
1.5+ years of experience with low code/no code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, or Mendix.
Proven track record of managing and resolving technical issues in a production environment.
Extensive hands-on experience with leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
Proven track record of developing, deploying, and supporting RPA solutions in a production environment.
Experience with low code/no code platforms like Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, etc.
Ability to support and troubleshoot applications developed on these platforms.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript) for automation purposes.
Experience integrating RPA and low code solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
Knowledge of APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience supporting automation solutions in cloud environments.
Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to RPA and low code applications.
Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
Experience managing support incidents and ensuring timely resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Familiarity with incident management tools and processes.
Experience monitoring the performance of automated processes and ensuring their reliability and stability.
