RPA Project Manager (UiPath)

Job Description

JD: Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Define, plan, and manage RPA automation projects, ensuring that they meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Oversee the end-to-end execution of RPA implementations using UiPath. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Gather and understand business requirements, provide regular project updates, and manage client expectations. Team Management: Lead a cross-functional team including RPA developers, business analysts, and process experts. Ensure effective coordination and collaboration between the RPA development team and business teams. Process Assessment & Design: Work with business teams to assess processes for automation feasibility. Drive process mapping, business requirements gathering, and the design of automation solutions. UiPath Implementation: Oversee the development and deployment of UiPath robots (both attended and unattended) as per the business needs, ensuring that all automation solutions are implemented following UiPath best practices. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure that issues are escalated when needed, and solutions are implemented to maintain project progress. Quality & Testing: Ensure quality control and thorough testing of automation solutions before deployment. Work closely with the testing team to verify that automations meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring that the necessary resources are allocated for successful project delivery. Optimize resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
