In this role, you will be a part of the Microsoft Power Automate IA (Intelligent Automation) development team and drive different channels for timely delivery. Need to understand every requirement from business as it comes in and develop the solution by following all standard protocols in the right direction.

Responsibilities:

Development and testing of automation processes using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
Provide support to Solution architect
Process assessments for new opportunities
Solve the issue and provide a fix or workaround; Coordinate with client operations and IT to test and deploy fixes
UAT and Hyper care support

Must Have:

Extensive hands-on experience in modelling and developing robotic process using Microsoft Power Automate cloud and desktop flows following best coding practices like naming conventions, error handling, logging, security and commenting.
Experience in setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error.
Good experience in integrating cloud/desktop flows with on premises data sources and also meeting data security needs.
Hand on experience in developing, deployment and maintenance of both attended and unattended RPA Bots.
Good experience in Microsoft Dataverse is mandatory.
Extensive knowledge of Power Automate for configuring multi-stage workflows
Good experience in developing custom connectors, developing/consuming REST APIs and handling authentications.
Good exposure to Power Platform governance models
Good knowledge of API based solutions

Skills

Excellent Experience in RPA Development and Implementation within Microsoft Power Automate Desktop/Winautomation and Power Automate Cloud
Extensive knowledge of Power platform concepts such as Dataverse, MS Power Fx, Custom Connectors, Solutions etc., RPA ecosystem and Agile practices
Scripting knowledge with either VBScript, PowerShell, or Python
Ability to automate business processes by creating applications and workflows with Power Apps and related Microsoft tools and services (Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint)
Good understanding of HTML,CSS Selectors, xpath, XML, jQuery, SharePoint, REST API's and SQL
Must be an excellent team player with strong Analytic & Problem-Solving skills and experience
Excellent Communication & effective presentation skills

Desired Qualifications/ Skills

Certified in Microsoft Power Platform (PL900,PL200, PL400)
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Applications
Experience in implementing DevOps pipelines for RPA solutions.
Hands-on at least one other RPA Tools Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Ui Path etc. will be an added advantage.
Ability to solve a problem using critical thinking, including assessment of existing process to determine feasibility of Automation and the ability to break down business problems into logical tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction providing technical and non-technical support to multiple users.
Good knowledge in one or more system level programming languages (C#, Java, Python, etc.) and a willingness to learn new languages.
Hands-on experience on PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent and Power BI based solutions
Good technical aptitude and communication skills
