About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, and testing RPA workflows using tools like
UiPath
,
Power Automate, Power Apps, Automation Anywhere
, or
Blue Prism
.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Support the documentation of process flows, technical specifications, and user guides.
Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure successful automation delivery.
Perform troubleshooting and debugging of RPA bots during development and testing phases.
Stay updated on RPA trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing a
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of
RPA tools
(UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) certification is a plus.
Knowledge of
programming languages
such as Python, .NET, or Java.
Familiarity with
SQL
and
data handling
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to
process mapping
and
workflow design

Understanding of
APIs
and
web services

Knowledge of
Agile methodology
