We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer skilled in Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows to support our clients automation transformation journey. The role involves migrating existing UiPath automations to the Microsoft Power Platform and developing scalable, efficient, and secure automation solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud Flows.
Analyze existing UiPath processes and lead their migration and reimplementation within the Power Platform environment.
Integrate automations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, design, and optimize automation opportunities.
Implement error handling, logging, and governance best practices for robust and maintainable workflows.
Maintain documentation, including process design and solution design documents (PDD/SDD).
Monitor and support deployed automations, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
Solid understanding of UiPath with experience in process migration or conversion preferred.
Strong knowledge of RPA lifecycle, process analysis, and solution design.
Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem integrations (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
