• Develop and maintain Kofax RPA solutions to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
• Design, configure, and optimize automation workflows using Kofax Kapow.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to interact with databases as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automation processes.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of RPA bots and implement improvements.
• Integrate RPA solutions with other applications and systems.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance RPA capabilities.
• 4+ years of experience in RPA development with a focus on Kofax.
• Proficiency in Kofax Kapow and its various components.
• Mid-level proficiency in SQL for database interaction.
• Knowledge of UI Path is an additional advantage.
• Familiarity with other RPA tools and technologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
