RPA Developer - HR

As an HR Automation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions in the HR domain. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and troubleshooting robotic processes, collaborating with consulting service vendors, developing and testing automation workflows, creating documentation, deploying RPA components, and partnering with US counterparts to identify new automation opportunities. You will be instrumental in ensuring the continuous improvement of HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Support the launch and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions - Collaborate with consulting service vendors to maintain and enhance existing automation - Develop and test automation workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy - Create comprehensive process and end-user documentation - Deploy RPA components, including robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools - Take ownership of various robotic processes, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and addressing exceptions - Continuously monitor robot performance to ensure optimal operation - Partner with US counterparts to identify and suggest new automation solutions - Perform other ad hoc duties as requested Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field - 2-3 years of professional work experience preferred - Proficiency in one or more programming languages and database technologies - Hands-on experience with UiPath technology - Expertise in Business and Technical requirements, problem-solving, and system testing (including UAT and Bug Fixes) - Familiarity with Human Resource processes or equivalent experience - Experience with API Integrations is a plus - Excellent communication skills,
