RPA Developer Blue Prism

As a skilled and motivated Blue Prism RPA Developer with over 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing automation workflows using Blue Prism. Your role will involve collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop reusable components and frameworks for automation processes. You will need to implement best practices for RPA development, deployment, and governance while ensuring proper documentation of automation design and user manuals. In this role, you will participate in code reviews, peer development, and continuous improvement activities. Experience with multi-bot architecture, high availability setup, work queues, tag-based prioritization, queue retry logic, environment variables, and session variables will be essential. You will also need to demonstrate strong exception handling strategies using Recovery/Resume, Exception Details, and Retry Loops. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in RPA development using Blue Prism and a strong understanding of Blue Prism objects, processes, control room, queues, and exception handling. Knowledge of SQL, APIs, Excel, and web applications is crucial, along with familiarity with process documentation and solution design documents. Strong debugging and analytical skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, as well as excellent communication and documentation skills are also required. Having a Blue Prism Developer Certification and knowledge of VBScript would be considered advantageous for this role.
