Position: Facility and Roster Coordinator
Location: Ahmedabad (Aligned with Australian Time Zones)

Santecare Fast Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized and communicative Facility and Roster Coordinator to manage daily scheduling and facility operations for our disability support services aligned with Australian clients. This role is ideally suited for a candidate with strong English communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience in roster and shift coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Ø Roster Management

· Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly rosters for support workers

· Coordinate shift changes, replacements, and ensure shift coverage at all times

· Communicate roster updates and changes to staff in a timely manner

· Track staff availability, leave, and attendance

Ø Facility Coordination

· Oversee day-to-day operations and logistics across SIL, SDA, and respite homes

· Ensure smooth coordination of appointments, home maintenance, utilities, and supply management

· Liaise with team members in Australia to provide remote support for facility-related tasks

Ø Communication & Documentation

· Communicate effectively with team members, support staff, and management in fluent English

· Maintain accurate records of shift logs, communications, and scheduling documentation

· Prepare and update Excel reports related to staffing and facility schedules

· Excellent verbal and written communication in English

· Strong command of Microsoft Excel (scheduling, formulas, formatting)

· Minimum 1 year of experience in roster/facility coordination or similar role

· Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively

· Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues and improve reporting processes.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams across time zones.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours based on Australian business needs.

This is a full-time position aligned with Australian time zones:

  • 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (October – March)
  • 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (April – September)
  • Saturday Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
