About The Job

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Manufacturing Engineering located in Kovilpalayam Plant, Pollachi.
  • The role involves overseeing production planning, operational excellence, operations management, manufacturing, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Qualifications

  • Production Planning and Operations Management skills
  • Experience in maintaining Operational Excellence
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
