Room Attendant

You will be working as a housekeeper at By the Sea Resorts in Panama City Beach, FL. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the resort to ensure a pleasant experience for our guests. Your duties will include cleaning and tidying all areas according to our cleanliness standards within specified timeframes. You will need to provide exceptional customer service, create daily job lists, and keep track of serviced rooms. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is well-maintained, reporting any shortages or damages, and addressing guests" complaints or requests promptly. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position, be able to work independently, and possess excellent customer service skills. Strong prioritization and time management abilities, professionalism, attention to detail, and proficiency in English are also essential. A high school degree is required.
