Company Description Texcon Steels Limited (TSL) is an integrated steel plant located in Raichur Dist, Karnataka. The plant manufactures Sponge Iron, Steel Billets, Long Bars & Wire Rods, and operates a 35 MW Power plant. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Rolling Mill Division Head located in Raichur. The Division Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rolling Mill production line, manage a team of operators and technicians, ensure quality control, and drive process improvements to meet production targets. Qualifications Experience in managing Rolling Mill operations Knowledge of Special & Alloy grade steel manufacturing Strong leadership and team management skills Quality control and process improvement expertise Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role Show more Show less
