Robotics Trainer/Teacher

As a Technical Trainer at Robotex India, you will have the opportunity to leverage modern technology in education by utilizing contemporary technological tools and methods to enhance educational experiences. You are expected to work independently, demonstrating self-discipline and a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines without supervision. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing training schedules efficiently and juggling multiple projects simultaneously. Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering comprehensive training programs in areas such as STEAM, Robotics, AI, ML, and IoT. It is crucial to adapt training methods to cater to different learning styles and proficiency levels while evaluating training outcomes and implementing improvements to enhance effectiveness. Troubleshooting technical issues during training sessions and providing clear explanations will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of technical skills, you should have proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python. A deep understanding of microcontrollers like Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi applications is essential. Strong knowledge of coding logic, implementation strategies, and experience in designing and implementing PID control systems are required. Your ability to create engaging and effective training programs, strong problem-solving skills, clear communication of complex technical concepts, adaptability in adjusting training methods based on feedback, and continual assessment and refinement of training programs for high-quality outcomes are critical for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BTech, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or related fields. Relevant certifications in Robotics, AI, ML, or IoT would be considered a plus, enhancing your suitability for the role.,
