Job Description

You will be working as a Field Application & Support Engineer in the Surgical Robotics domain. Your role will involve various responsibilities, including: - Performing preoperative CT-based image segmentation and surgical planning. - Managing onsite installation, setup, and providing continuous technical support for robotic surgical systems. - Being willing to travel extensively (up to 80%) for domestic and international assignments. - Assisting surgeons during live surgeries to ensure the smooth operation of the robotic system. - Conducting routine product servicing and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability. - Recording and analyzing surgical data to support product enhancement and future development. - Acting as a liaison between surgeons and the internal development team by effectively communicating clinical feedback and new requirements. - Maintaining accurate documentation of daily activities, surgical procedures, and technical interventions. - Continuously improving personal knowledge and skills related to new and similar products within the surgical robotics domain. Qualifications required for this role are: - Biomedical engineer/BSc/MSc degree. - Basic knowledge of Anatomy. - Basic understanding of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. - Knowledge of units and measurement. - Familiarity with 3D geometry.
