Robotics Deployment Intern

As a Robotics Deployment Intern at 10xConstruction.ai, you will be instrumental in testing and enhancing AI-powered robotic systems that are revolutionizing the construction industry. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams in mechanical design, embedded systems, ROS-based control, and computer vision. Through hands-on experience, you will be involved in real-world experiments, data analysis, and quality assurance activities, providing you with valuable end-to-end robotics exposure in a dynamic startup environment. - Assist in developing and executing experimental protocols for integrated robotic systems. - Set up and maintain test environments, both physical and simulated. - Collect, document, and analyze data to evaluate system performance and reliability. - Contribute to quality assurance by identifying system bugs, logging anomalies, and ensuring data accuracy and repeatability. - Propose engineering enhancements based on experimental results. - Annotate datasets for computer vision models when required. - Participate in designing and analyzing statistically sound experiments (DOE). - Create comprehensive technical documentation and test reports. - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering. - Strong academic background with practical experience in robotics or automation. - Familiarity with embedded systems such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi, as well as basic electronics. - Preferred experience with ROS and/or Python/C++. - Detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Basic understanding of Design of Experiments (DOE) is a bonus. - Available for a full-time 6-month internship. - Immediate joiners are preferred.
