Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Ro service , maintenance, and repair as per company standards.
• Handle customer appointments professionally and ensure timely service delivery.
• Identify service requirements and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service records in good condition.
• Build strong customer relationships through polite and professional behavior.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols during service.
• Report work completion and updates through the company app/portal.

Requirements

• Prior experience in (RO) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and Service/repair techniques.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Physically fit and willing to travel within Gurgaon.
• Minimum qualification: 10th pass (ITI/Diploma preferred but not mandatory).
