Appliance Service Technician

We are looking for a Service Expert to join our growing team and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer locations to provide repair, installation, and maintenance services for home appliances and other equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and offer effective, timely solutions.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally, ensuring a great service experience.
• Maintain proper records of service requests, completed tasks, and spare parts used.
• Coordinate with the service operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow safety standards, company policies, and quality guidelines.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to enhance service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass; ITI / Diploma in refrigeration, air conditioning, or electronics preferred.
• Prior experience in appliance servicing, installation, or customer support is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, and other household appliances.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be customer-oriented, punctual, and reliable.
