**Job Description** You will be joining the US Talent Acquisition team at All Care Therapies as an RN Onboarding / Compliance Officer with US Nurse Staffing experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing administrative support to the assigned Recruiter. - Facilitating all aspects of the Company hiring process from application to interview to offer. - Performing reference checks, drug screens, evaluating incoming applications, screening candidates, updating the database, and dispersing leads to the recruiter. - Assisting in managing candidates' files, collecting documents, and ensuring items meet Company and Client requirements. - Utilizing internal systems for accurate and current record-keeping of all candidate files. - Helping the Recruiter to get candidates Ready to Sell, including conducting reference checks and license verification. - Assisting the Recruiter with the preparation of candidate submission packages. - Managing the onboarding process and paperwork of potential candidates. - Conducting VMS submissions and related activities. - Assisting with credentialing, housing, and time sheet processes as required. - Creating a seamless experience for Travel RNs through multiple modes of communication: phone, email, text. - Adhering to a culture of professionalism, operational excellence, and driving for results. - Prioritizing changing demands, multi-tasking, and creatively meeting deadlines in a dynamic but independent environment. - Assuming and executing additional responsibilities as assigned. **Qualifications** To be eligible for this role, you must have: - Minimum of 5 years of administrative and office experience.
