Full Time
Attend patients on admission and inform the Senior Resident/Consultant.
* Record detailed medical history and assist with clinical procedures.
* Take daily rounds and update seniors/consultants as required.
* Handle MLC formalities and coordinate OT bookings and post-surgery care.
* Coordinate with blood bank for transfusions and follow up on lab investigations.
* Inform consultants and ward sister of admissions and care plans.
* Accompany patients for procedures, investigations, and imaging.
* Monitor vitals, shift/position patients, and manage critical/ventilator cases.
* Prepare discharge summary, prescriptions, home care instructions, and ambulance if needed.
* Ensure complete and accurate documentation with signature, date, and time.
* Report unusual cases, transfers, deaths, and DAMA to MCO/CMS.
* Ensure proper handover/takeover at shift changes.
* Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
