Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair medical equipment and machines.
Perform routine calibration and preventive maintenance of hospital devices.
Ensure equipment safety, accuracy, and proper functioning at all times.
Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and coordinate with vendors for service if needed.
Maintain service reports, documentation, and equipment inventory records.
Train medical staff on correct usage of biomedical equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
Assist in purchasing, evaluation, and selection of new medical equipment.
Monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and warranty services.
