RMC QC Engineer

Work Location: Sonipat, Haryana
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Qualification:

• Must have: B.E. Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks and testing of raw materials (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) used in RMC production.
• Ensure concrete mixes meet specified quality and strength requirements.
• Conduct slump tests, cube tests, and maintain quality records.
• Monitor batching plant operations and ensure adherence to approved mix designs.
• Coordinate with production, site, and client teams for quality-related issues.
• Maintain calibration records of lab equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, IS codes, and internal QC standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3–10 years of hands-on experience in Ready-Mix Concrete quality control.
• Strong knowledge of IS codes related to concrete.
• Familiarity with site coordination and technical documentation.
• Willingness to relocate or travel between Chennai & Haryana as needed.
