Risk Manager - Personal Loan

The role of Risk Manager - Personal Loan in the Risk department involves assessing, managing, and reporting risks for the assigned business. Your primary responsibility will be to implement strategies that ensure effective risk coverage and maintain the asset portfolio within the desired risk level. This includes preparing Risk assurance reports and summaries for senior management to develop strategies in alignment with the bank's larger objectives. You will be expected to maintain and continuously improve the risk management strategy and frameworks for IDFC First Bank and IDFC First Bharat Limited. Collaboration with other teams is essential to supervise the review of all processes followed by employees, ensuring effective Business Continuity Planning. Documenting key risk indicators and controls for critical processes or product launches is a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will support the review and assessment of the asset portfolio and the effectiveness of early warning signals to minimize portfolio risk. Generating and disseminating portfolio risk reports and dashboards in adherence to defined procedures and quality standards is crucial. Conducting periodic reviews of the bank's products, segments, and processes, and providing risk mitigation controls and training to business units for the protection of IDFC's business interests is also part of your responsibilities. On the secondary front, you will facilitate the establishment of a risk management culture and harmonized risk management frameworks across the bank. Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of all operational and portfolio risk reports is another key aspect of your role. Candidates for this position should have a Graduation degree, while a Post Graduation in MBA/CA is preferred. A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.,
