As a Risk Management Generalist at PwC, your role involves providing advisory and practical support across various specialist risk and compliance areas. You will focus on maintaining regulatory compliance, managing risks for clients, and enhancing internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct gap analysis to identify process improvements - Implement initiatives to enhance quality standards - Collaborate with delivery teams to monitor project progress - Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies - Foster a culture of excellence within the team - Develop leadership skills through project management - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive initiatives - Contribute to the organization's overall success **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree - 5+ years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required In addition to the responsibilities mentioned, you will have the opportunity to work at PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), supporting various services from Advisory to Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. You will engage in challenging projects, provide distinctive services, and participate in dynamic training to enhance your technical and professional skills.
