Key Skills Required:

• Have an understanding, preferred experience of secondary market research and common tools used to determine the search results
• Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
• Ability to work within a team environment, manage business stakeholders and independently coordinate and deliver commitments
• Able to work autonomously, highly self-motivated to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Timely delivery of work with no/minimal errors
• Respond to and/or elevate all queries and issues within 24 hours or within any other TAT specified by business
• To support in ad-hoc projects assigned and on time completion of the same
• Proactive in all the communication-Ability to document and communicate the results of research/reviews in an efficient and effective manner, using language and style suitable for clients, Partners and all levels and positions of Deloitte personnel
• Team playing & communications interacts constructively with team members in order to contribute towards the achievement of common goals. Provides well thought-out, concise and timely oral and written communication
