Risk & Compliance Analyst IT Governance & Security

As a Risk & Compliance Analyst at UST, your role involves supporting the implementation and management of IT risk, compliance, and governance processes across the organization's technology landscape. You will play a crucial part in ensuring IT operations comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and contractual requirements while enhancing control effectiveness and reducing risks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying, assessing, and documenting IT risks. - Maintain and update the IT Risk Register; track remediation activities. - Support compliance efforts with ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX, and ITGC standards. - Coordinate evidence collection and documentation for internal and external audits. - Help develop and maintain IT governance and compliance policies. - Participate in control testing, access reviews, and compliance checks. - Support vendor risk assessments and maintain compliance records. - Prepare compliance and risk reports for management review. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Risk Management, or a related field. - 3-6 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, or Compliance. - Preferred certifications: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, ITIL v4, or CISA.
