As a Risk Analytics- Data Specialist at EY, you will be part of a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams that aims to shape your future with confidence. Your role will involve developing outstanding and innovative solutions for client-serving professionals. Here is a breakdown of the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsible for technical design and development of solutions. - Building responsive design for optimal user experience on all devices. - Exposure to directly working with onshore clients. - Estimate technical effort, work breakdown structure, risks, and solutions at a solution level. - Monitor adherence to methodologies, tools, and KPIs. - Stakeholder management. - Effective communication within the team and with peers and stakeholders across teams. - Provide input to application development/engineering methodologies, standards, and leading practices. - Anticipate problems, define and identify causes, and work with the team to find solutions. - Design and implement new tools from scratch. - Maintain new and existing code. - Independent learner and require minimal guidance. - Balancing multiple projects simultaneously. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent work experience. - Masters degree preferred. - 4+ years of relevant experience. - Proven working experience with Python, SQL, Power BI. - Hands-on experience with data structures including complex data models and data governance. - Background around Risk solutions (TPRM, IRM, Process and control, Digital Risk). - Understanding of SQL and relational database concepts. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems. - Good to have knowledge of Angular or React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
