Oracle Service Cloud - Job Description

Experience: 5+

Location: Pan India TechM Locations - Hybrid

5+ years of Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) technical Implementation experience

At least four end-to-end Oracle Service Cloud / RightNow project implementation experience

Experience in administration, configuration of Oracle Service Cloud. Should have strong experience in RightNow Integration with third party apps (Inbound/Outbound)

Customize and extend the Oracle Service Cloud application utilizing custom objects, custom fields, add-ins, APIs, etc. Implement, update, edit and/or change existing framework, add-ins, and code.

Develop new and maintain existing integrations with third party applications and systems. Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and data extracts.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current Oracle Service Cloud technology and its applicability to the organization. Integration experience leveraging SOAP/REST APIs in the context of Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow CX).

Strong knowledge of PHP / .NET/ Java, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Strong Customer portal design knowledge

Ability to write and execute ROQL queries. Excellent Communication Skills

Having internal training experience will be an added advantage. Assist with the training and development of team members
