Rigging Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all rigging and lifting operations at site.
• Ensure that all lifting activities are performed in compliance with safety and HSE regulations.
• Interpret lifting plans and provide guidance to the rigging team for proper execution.
• Inspect rigging tools, lifting tackles, and accessories to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Assist in crane selection, load calculation, and lift planning for various operations.
• Oversee rigging of rotating and static equipment, piping, motors, and valves.
• Operate and supervise use of EOT cranes and mobile cranes up to 500 tons.
• Maintain records of lifting equipment inspections and work permits.
• Train and mentor team members in safe rigging practices.

Requirements:

• High school graduate

  with a valid

  Rigging Certificate

  .

• 710 years of experience

  in rigging and lifting operations within the petrochemical industry.
• Strong understanding of

  Permit to Work systems

  and

  HSE standards

  .
• Skilled in rigging operations for mechanical, piping, and equipment installation works.
• Experience in

  EOT crane operation

  and handling cranes up to

  500 tons

  .
• Ability to

  lead and supervise

  a rigging team effectively.
• Good knowledge of

  rigging tools inspection

  ,

  crane selection

  , and

  standard hand signals

  .
• Intermediate proficiency in

  English (reading, writing, and speaking)

  .
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
