Coordinate with internal teams (banquets, kitchen, housekeeping, security) and external vendors (decorators, florists, photographers, artists, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution. Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective delivery without compromising quality. Develop detailed event proposals and timelines for client approval. Conduct regular site inspections and final walkthroughs with clients prior to events. Supervise all on-site event activities, ensuring seamless coordination and handling last-minute changes or challenges proactively. Maintain a database of preferred vendors and stay updated with market trends in the wedding and events industry. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and a personalized approach throughout the planning and execution stages. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field. 7-15 years of experience as an Event Planner, Wedding Planner, or similar role in the hospitality/events industry.
