RFP/DDQ Support

As a candidate for the position, you will be supporting a leading APAC based asset management firm in RFP/DDQ preparation and related activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering high quality and compelling RFPs, DDQs with accuracy, consistency, and timeliness to support core sales channels globally (Institutional / Retail / Internal) - Managing the end-to-end RFP process from initial kick-off to final submission, ensuring quality control, compliance, crafting persuasive content, and managing critical time path towards delivery - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather information/responses for each RFP - Maintaining proper RFP records for audit trail and obtaining approvals by reviewing proposals with key providers - Collaborating with peers and SMEs to improve content quality by customization as necessary - Developing a broad understanding of the company's investment products and attaining knowledge on all areas of the company's operation You will also be responsible for assisting in gatekeeping incoming content changes, following up with SMEs on update cycles, templating and automating tasks within the content library, and assisting in quantitative tasks in RFPs and DDQs. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining and updating data file delivery, cross-checking information for accuracy and consistency, and contributing to problem-solving ideas. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 4 years proven investment writing and editing experience in the financial services industry, ideally covering equity, fixed income, and multi-asset classes - Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, including technical writing and editing - Strong numeric (Excel) and demonstrable organizational skills - Good understanding of investment strategies and general portfolio statistics across asset classes products - Self-initiative to manage the learning curve - Working knowledge of RFP/data tools such as Responsive, Aladdin, Bloomberg, Morningstar, eVestment Analytics, etc. would be a strong plus,
