RF Architect

As an RF Architect at LTST-L&T Semiconductor Technologies Limited in Bengaluru, you will play a vital role in designing, simulating, implementing, and testing RF circuits and systems for various applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing RF systems involving cellular technologies like 2G, 3G, LTE, 5G, as well as wireless communication technologies such as Wi-Fi, BT, GNSS, mmWave, NR, etc. - Developing RF sub-systems like transceivers, RFICs, Power Amplifiers, LNAs, filters, couplers, power dividers, and antennas. - Meeting product BOM cost targets through design optimization while maintaining RF performance. - Analyzing system level performance and resolving RF-related issues promptly. - Leading detailed design reviews for the RF section and driving performance and cost improvements regularly. - Guiding engineers in validating designs through prototyping, testing, and debugging using lab equipment. - Designing and verifying Transmitter chain and Receiver parameters. - Providing guidance in protocol conformance testing and Radio conformance testing. - Calibrating and optimizing wireless interface for performance and quality. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design compatibility and system integration. - Generating technical documentation such as design reports, test plans, and datasheets. - Supporting product certification processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication engineering, Telecommunication engineering, or a related field. - 10-15 years of hands-on experience in RF/Microwave circuit design and development with technical leadership skills. - In-depth knowledge of cellular radio standards, regulatory requirements, and carrier requirements. - Strong RF design concepts with the ability to convert concepts into products meeting cost targets. - Strong analytical skills to analyze RF issues, solve problems, and conduct root cause analysis. - Capability to generate test plans to validate RF performance and decide critical RF performance differentiating parameters for the product. Preferred Qualifications: - In-depth knowledge of RF architecture and requirements. - Experience in designing RF systems for cellular systems, wireless technologies, and antenna design. - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a multi-functional environment. - Knowledge of product regulatory & certification requirements for RF solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Experience in the automotive domain is desirable.,
