Job Description

Rewards Analyst Receives and completes system transactions related to HRIS, such as new incentive plan setup. Ensures approvals are documented. Receives and completes ad hoc reporting requests from the compensation team, such as earnings history reports. Completes incentive plan analysis, such as analysis of plan performance and spend. Works with HRIS to design reporting queries; pulls queries and prepares reports for stakeholder review and validation. Assists with the administration of the annual rewards processes incluidng merit and bonus; facilitates file and data preparation, distribution of files, and file roll up in close collaboration with HRBPs, regional rewards and global central teams. Identifies innovative methods for process improvement; improves efficiency of access to compensation information such as pay ranges, job descriptions, and market data. Identifies ways to optimize usage and functionality of current systems (e.g. MarketPay, WTW Data Services, ERI). Refreshes monthly, quarterly, or annual reports completed by the compensation function, such as minimum wage reporting or number of active incentive plans. Stays updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and compensation-related legislation to ensure compliance across compensation practices. Compiles, analyzes, synthesizes and prepares executive summaries involving compensation data to facilitate data driven decision-making. Completes other projects as assigned. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a compensation function. CCP preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS: Extensive knowledge of MS Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Demonstrated competency with business analytics and experience using BI tools Experience working within HRIS applications; Oracle/PeopleSoft and/or SuccessFactors experience is a plus Exceptional data accuracy and attention to detail Strong critical thinking skills to analyze data and solve problems Process-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively as a member of a cross-functional team or in a matrixed environment. Well-organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment Excellent communication skills Ability to manage change and transition effectively
