About the Role:

Trainee Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining high-quality revenue and GTM data across systems like Salesforce, spreadsheets, and internal tools - the backbone of all business decisions.
• Help identify data gaps, duplication, and inconsistencies. Play a key role in cleaning, validating, and improving the accuracy of our revenue data.
• Support the creation of dashboards, performance reports, and executive-ready metrics around pipeline, forecast, NRGP, CSAT, and more - building your skills in analytics and visualization tools.
• Work closely with RevOps Analysts and Managers to ensure data and systems are aligned for business reviews, QBRs, strategic planning, and operational forecasting.
• Assist in documenting SOPs, recurring workflows, and business-critical processes - laying the groundwork for scalable, repeatable GTM operations.
• Grow into a strategic role: Get exposure to cross-functional teams like Sales, Finance, Strategy, and CX - setting you up for future growth into Analyst, Tooling Specialist, or Business Partner roles in Revenue Operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream - (Preferably - BBA, BCA, Economics)
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to data work.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, filters).
• Familiarity with business systems like CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Good communication and time management skills.
  

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Internship or academic project experience related to data or operations.
• Exposure to Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Finance Ops.
• Understanding of basic revenue metrics and operational KPIs.
