Job Description

You will be joining a team of over 1000 designers worldwide at JLL Business Services, working on thousands of projects annually for various Fortune500 firms. JLL aims to lead in design by incorporating the latest technology innovations to provide the best possible experience and outcomes for clients throughout their projects. As a Revit Modeler, your primary focus will be on creating, maintaining, and enhancing Revit libraries and content to uphold high-quality BIM standards. **Responsibilities:** - Create and modify Revit families, including detail items families, to support JLL's design projects. - Maintain and update existing JLL Revit libraries, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards. - Develop new Revit content to expand the library of assets and meet project-specific needs. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Revit families and content. - Collaborate with technical teams to understand their needs and create appropriate Revit content. - Perform quality control checks on Revit families and content, ensuring accuracy and functionality. - Stay updated on the latest developments in Revit family creation and BIM best practices. - Assist with interior design documentation when required. **Experience:** - Qualified professional in Design, Architecture, or related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Revit family creation and content development. - Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, focusing on family creation, parametric modeling, and content libraries. - Strong understanding of BIM principles and their application to content creation. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Experience in interior design documentation is preferred. - Familiarity with Dynamo would be beneficial. - Excellent English communication skills. You are expected to embody the values of teamwork, ethics, and excellence at JLL Business Services.
