Revit Modeller

As a Revit Modeller for MEP systems, your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining Revit models for MEP systems (HVAC / PHE / Electrical) based on project design inputs. - Preparing detailed drawings, layouts, sections, and schedules from Revit models. - Coordinating models across different disciplines to ensure clash-free, constructible designs. - Implementing BIM standards and workflows in project deliverables. - Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to maintain design intent. - Participating in model review, clash detection, and coordination meetings using tools like Navisworks. - Maintaining documentation, templates, and family libraries according to company and project standards. - Ensuring quality and accuracy of drawings and timely delivery of assigned tasks. The qualifications required for this role are: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Building Services Engineering or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Revit Modeller in HVAC, PHE, or Electrical domain. - Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and related BIM tools (AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.). - Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and project documentation workflows. - Understanding of MEP systems, layouts, and coordination principles. - Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment. - Good communication and organizational skills.,
