· Follow-ups with the customers to generate positive feedback on Amazon & Flipkart.

· Remove the negative review on Amazon & Flipkart

· Maintain the Excel sheets, uploading the data on Software.

Desired Candidate

Qualifications & Skills Required: (Females are Preferred)

· Educational Qualifications – Graduate in any field

· Experience – 1- 2 years in managing ratings & reviews on online portal.

· Basic Excel is preferred

· Excellent communications Skills

· Timing:- 9:30 am to 6:00 pm

· Will be working at our HO in Khar west - 2 min walk from the Station.

Location – Khar West (Candidate residing in Western line will be preferred)

Salary Range

· 20K to 25K (Depends upon the candidate)
