Revenue Specialist (IFRS)

As a Revenue Specialist - IFRS at Hitachi Digital, you will be involved in OTC projects and support FP&A or business queries related to revenue. You will utilize CRM, Oracle ERP, and internal Sales pricing tools to perform your role effectively. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Global Revenue Performance colleagues to achieve consistent best practices and judgment. Your primary responsibility will be to own the end-to-end contract review and revenue recognition process. You will focus on ensuring the completeness and correctness of understanding contracts, approving transactions, handling month-end close activities, and closely cooperating with internal and external auditors, including maintaining JSOX narratives. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize CRM, Oracle ERP, and internal Sales pricing tools for OTC projects and revenue-related queries - Collaborate with Global Revenue Performance colleagues to establish best practices - Own the end-to-end contract review and revenue recognition process - Ensure completeness and correctness of contract understanding and transaction approval - Handle month-end close activities and cooperate with auditors, including maintaining JSOX narratives Qualifications Required: - Accounting knowledge and familiarity with IFRS15, IFRS16, or ASC606 - Understanding of different contract types - Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant industry - Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, CPA/CMA/MBA, or equivalent - Good communication skills - Working knowledge of Excel - Open to working UK shifts Hitachi Digital is a global team of professional experts dedicated to promoting and delivering Social Innovation through the One Hitachi initiative.
