REVENUE MANAGER

As a Revenue Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be on meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. Your responsibilities will include providing leadership in revenue accounting and implementing best business practices within the hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Lead revenue accounting functions and ensure adherence to technical accounting standards for all revenue streams - Develop and enforce revenue recognition policies in coordination with sales, operations, and marketing teams - Oversee royalty accounting, invoicing processes, and manage two direct reports Qualifications: - University degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management preferred; MBA considered an asset - Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, or Marketing Analyst - Strong strategic orientation with excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills Join our team and contribute to the success of our hotel by leveraging your expertise in revenue management and driving revenue growth.,
