REVENUE MANAGER

As the Revenue Manager at our hotel, your primary role will be to ensure the efficient operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your responsibilities will include providing leadership in revenue accounting and implementing best business practices. You will be accountable for overseeing all technical accounting aspects related to the hotel's revenue streams. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in defining and enforcing revenue recognition policies, collaborating regularly with the sales, operations, and marketing teams. In this position, you will also manage royalty accounting, invoicing, and supervise two direct reports. Key Responsibilities: - Provide revenue accounting leadership and implement best business practices - Oversee all technical accounting aspects of the hotel's revenue streams - Define and enforce revenue recognition policies - Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams - Manage royalty accounting and invoicing - Supervise two direct reports Qualifications: - University degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management preferred - MBA qualification would be an advantage - Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, or Marketing Analyst - Strategic orientation with excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills,
